Gentle Souls was founded in 2012, as a private animal sanctuary, where rescued animals came to live out their lives in peace, free of human expectation. In 2016 we became a registered 501c3 charity. Today, we are committed not only to providing a safe haven for animals rescued from neglect, abuse and abandonment, we are also personally seeking a new, more simplified life of sustainability and homesteading! Our goal is to connect with the earth, become reacquainted with nature and create a debt free lifestyle.
