My Clinic is based in Selston Nottinghamshire UK 
Providing a range of Holistic and Beauty Treatments along side Wellbeing Workshops, Guided Meditations and Gentle Somatic Yoga Classes.
I am Lyn Gregory a Holistic Practitioner since 2000, I studied at New College Nottingham for 2 years attaining a Diploma in Holistic Therapies. I have since attained many more qualifications in remedial body work, and the  spiritual side of life including becoming a Reiki Master. I have gained indepth experience working with many aspects of wellbeing, helping people to reverse illness, pain and discomfort. 
I am currently working from my clinic in Selston with my private clients and my Somatic Yoga Classes are held at various locations throughout Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire in the UK.
My passion is to help people become pain free, and more mobile.
Gentle Somatics helps people to re pattern muscle movement, improve joint mobility, flexibility, and bring about freedom of movement.
