Genesis Nail Spa Marietta

Nail Artist Team at Genesis Nail Spa — Marietta, GA's luxury nail salon inside Parkaire Landing, formerly known as Ivy Nail Bar at Parkaire.

We help busy professionals, moms, and long-time local clients trade rushed, generic nail appointments for slow, spa-quality rituals — think collagen infusion, hot stone therapy, red light rejuvenation, and CBD-based tension relief, not just a quick polish change.

Signature services include the Genesis Royal Ritual pedicure, our most-requested CBD Mineral Therapy treatment, and premium enhancements like Gel-X, Builder Gel, and Dipping Powder — all built around repeat visits and long-term client relationships rather than one-off transactions.

Clean, modern salon. Premium products. A team that remembers your name and your favorite shade.
