Hello and welcome

First of all I would like to say thank you for joining me.

The videos I post are 'what I eat in a day' following the Slimming World plan, recipes, shopping hauls, try on hauls/clothing reviews and some family trips etc.

At the point of writing this I am 43, I am a married mother of 2 children and work full time. I live in south yorkshire and have a dog, Morris.

My starting weight was 14 stone and 11 pounds. I gained all my weight back plus more when I hit Perimenopause and am trying my best to lose it again.

I have a condition called Vasovagal Syncope and in November 2021 I had a pacemaker fitted.
