Geelong Homes

Locally owned family business, Geelong Homes was established in 1995 at a time when there was a genuine need for beautifully built homes at an affordable price. An offshoot of Hamlan, Geelong Homes was developed as an affordable housing alternative to the high-end coastal homes that Hamlan builds—but with the same quality and attention to detail.

We service the greater Geelong region and beyond, building homes across the Bellarine Peninsula, the Surf Coast up to Werribee, down to Apollo Bay, Colac and Ballarat. But despite this growth, our core values have remained the same. We continue to strive towards using the best local trades and local suppliers. And we are still committed to building the highest quality home at the most affordable price.

We’re a builder for people at all stages of life—first home buyers, upsizers, downsizers and investors.

Because at Geelong Homes we build every home like it’s our own.
