We thrive to strengthen family dynamics by providing essential resources that enhance communication and functionality between parents and children in today's society. Through structured programs, counseling sessions, and peer support groups, we offer guidance to both children and parents during a loved one’s incarceration. G.E.A.R. is dedicated to fostering the ongoing growth and development of children impacted by parental incarceration. We provide the resources and guidance necessary to help children navigate challenges, build resilience, and thrive both during and beyond their loved one’s incarceration.

Our mission is to encourage positive social interaction, facilitate communication with others, and provide a safe and trusting environment for children with incarcerated parents or guardians. Our goal is to stabilize and support children socially, emotionally, and academically to prevent future incarceration.
