David Yu | Futureman Labs

I'm David Yu. I build AI systems for real client problems and my own projects, then show what I built, why I built it, what worked, and what failed.

Here you'll find real AI and automation builds with honest results, plus practical setup guides for Codex, Claude Code, n8n, and the tools behind them. I share the design choices and messy implementation details so you can adapt each system for your own work or clients.

If you're building with AI and want to finish useful projects and turn your skills into real business outcomes, subscribe for the next build.

Free guides to plan and finish your next AI build are in the channel links.
