Phillips Fundamental Learning Center

The Phillips Fundamental Learning Center is a nonprofit organization located in Wichita, KS.  We assess children who may have dyslexia as well as teach children at Rolph Literacy Academy to read, write, and spell. We train teachers and parents at our Andeel Teacher Literacy Institute to teach children with dyslexia using methods and materials based in Structured Literacy and the Science of Reading.

Our Mission: Serve children with dyslexia by educating their teachers and parents using current, quality research-based literacy knowledge.  With this mission we have improved thousands of children's lives to date.
