Sylvia Ray Arden

Sylvia Ray Arden is a singer, songwriter, activist and holistic health mentor redefining what power looks like at any age , especially after 40. Her work fuses bold music, social awareness, empowerment, education and women's health advocacy into a single mission: to turn peri- and menopause from social stigma into triumph and radical self actualization.
Drawing on her own journey through recovery, reinvention, healing and creative rebirth, Sylvia channels rebellion into art that refuses to be silenced by shame, stigma or patriarchal systems. She creates spaces where women reclaim their vitality, individuality, beauty and unique expression. Not by chasing social norms or obeying the rules. But by embodying self mastery, self advocacy and their own untamed potential.
With a background spanning the music industry, health and wellness and social justice, Sylvia's message is unapologetically clear:

Menopause is a power portal. And the Revolution starts now!
