fundamentals·of·internal·navigation

This channel presents minimal operational sequences for perception, internal navigation, and exploratory awareness work. Each piece functions as a compact cue: visual, acoustic, or conceptual. These fragments do not explain, interpret, or theorize. They report observations gathered through repeated sessions and return them as working material for people moving through similar states themselves.

The recordings are designed for personal exploration, float tanks, closed-eyes sessions, and meta-programming practice. The field touches John Lilly, Heinz von Foerster, second-order observation, and the practical question of how consciousness can navigate within consciousness.

They are not meant to define an experience. They are meant to be used: adapted, modified, tested, discarded, or refined. What appears here is only the outer layer of a broader system. The extended framework will be documented in a forthcoming publication. --- internal.navigation@proton.me
