Hello! I’m a depth seeker, writer, and a licensed professional counselor. 

I value heartfelt and theory/research supported information and elevated discussion. I've worked in the mental health field for sixteen years.

I recently conducted research on "The Client Experience of Therapeutic Presence." I write for Psychology Today and have scholarly publications published and/or pending publication with the American Psychological Association. I hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology, though I am not a licensed psychologist.
