I'm a Licensed Professional Therapist, certified personal trainer, and coach. I specialize in wellness, positive psychotherapy, and mindset. I am trained in trauma therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, Gottman 1 & 2 for couples, and wellness. I run couples and women's wellness retreats. I'm help people develop clarity & vision towards becoming their best selves. I coach clients on how to let go of problem-focused narratives and change their stories to ones of empowerment, ownership, purpose, and creation.  My life mission is to help people live an ignited, fulfilled life.
