Fuel and Lead

My mission: help you understand your energy, hunger and appetite, based on what the research actually says. Not on what trends on social media.

I do NOT take money from food, supplement or wellness brands. I will NEVER tell you to track every bite, cut out whole food groups, or buy a product to "fix" your gut. I am NOT your nutrition guru.

Who I am: I'm Anna, a PhD researcher in health and nutrition, with a Master's in Public Health Nutrition and 10+ years in scientific research. I read the studies so you get the evidence, including what we still don't know.

Why I'm here: I know the gap between knowing and doing from the inside. 3 kids, a PhD, and a lot of pressure. Research taught me the science. Real life taught me why it rarely sticks.

What you get here: one idea per video, the evidence behind it, and one thing you can use the same day.

Transparency: I built an online course, The Strong Body Foundation. Whenever I mention it, I'll say so.

Fuel your body.
Lead your life.
