Here you will find nutritious and delicious recipes,  my favourite healthy plant based recipes. I do obsess about bringing healthy ingredients and methods to my meals. I avoid sugar and use very little salt and oil in most of my recipes. I also don’t like waste so I try to use and reuse what I can. I hope you enjoy my recipes and keep coming for more.
