Welcome to my channel. My goal is to make French food approachable for everyone no matter what their skill level through  a series of instructional videos that mostly containing pan sauces. I also include many recipes. 

Besides the videos I have written a book book titled "Mastering French Courses" that is also aimed at helping beginners prepare the cuisine of great chefs.
