Freed by Faith Recovery with Elyse Tilley

Welcome to Freed by Faith, a faith-centered space for women navigating eating disorder recovery.

I’m Elyse, a Christian eating disorder recovery coach who understands what it’s like to change the behaviors, check the recovery boxes, and still not feel free in your mind. I also know what it’s like to finally walk in freedom and live as the woman God created me to be.

Here at Freed by Faith, I go beyond the behaviors. You’ll find biblical encouragement, practical recovery insights, personal testimony, honest conversations, and tools to support deeper healing from the inside out, the kind of healing that leads to a life of true peace and freedom.

My prayer is that this space helps you renew your mind, develop new responses to life, deepen your faith, and pursue a life marked by peace, purpose, connection, and freedom in Christ.

Subscribe and walk with me as we pursue faith-led freedom, one surrendered step at a time.
