The Franciscan Friars of the Holy Spirit are a Clerical Public Association of the Faithful in the Diocese of Phoenix established by decree of the Most Rev. Thomas J. Olmsted on June 29, 2016. Our ministry operates primarily in Phoenix, AZ, and Detroit, MI.
