Foundations Counseling, LLC of Northern Colorado

Foundations Counseling is a private pay, in person talk therapy practice serving Northern Colorado, with offices in Fort Collins, Loveland, and Windsor. Since 2007, we have helped adults, teens, couples, and families move past feeling stuck toward real, lasting change. Caring is expected. Growth is the goal.

On this channel, our licensed counselors share clear, practical videos on anxiety, depression, trauma and EMDR, relationships and marriage, parenting, faith based and Christian counseling, and what to actually expect when you start therapy. Whether you are considering counseling for the first time or supporting someone you love, our goal is mental health guidance you can trust and use.

All content is clinically reviewed by Chris Berger, M.A., LPC, NCC, a Colorado Licensed Professional Counselor and our clinical director.
