Mitigating "Asymmetric Illegibility" in Agentic AI Workflows:

As we transition from AI Chatbots (Generation 2) to Agentic Workflows (Generation 3), we face a critical new risk: Asymmetric Illegibility. AI Agents operate at machine speed, executing complex logic faster than human teams can audit. This creates a "Liability Black Box" where errors are discovered only after financial or reputational damage is done.
We propose a new governance architecture—The Epistemic Governance Constitution — that shifts our stance from post-hoc auditing to real-time falsification. This constitution ensures that no high-stakes decision is executed unless it survives a rigorous, automated "stress test."

Forensicology.AI offers several pre-mortem readiness workshops that allow C-Level execs to brainstorm and clarify their agentic risk profiles and define the constraints and parameters within which the technical teams will develop and deploy agentic AI workflows.
