Foreign Credential Recognition Loans Project

The Foreign Credential Recognition Loans Project is a federally funded program helping Internationally Trained Professionals to go back to their own profession in Canada. The Foreign Credential Recognition Loans Project has partners on the program, such as ASTTBC, BCPlan, IECBC, CPA, KCR and VanCity, who help offer free services such as -

- One on one counselling
- Career guidance/Action Plan
- Loan assistance up to $15,000
- Resume Review and Resume Building
- Mentorship & Employment Coaching
- Personalized professional advice through ASTTBC & BCPlan

The Foreign Credential Recognition (FCR) Program is offered by the Progressive Intercultural Community Services (PICS) Society in British Columbia. We have offices in Surrey, Vancouver, Victoria, Abbotsford and Prince George.
