Forefathers Explained

How did our ancestors survive the ice, invent fire, build civilizations from mud, and ponder the cosmos? And what does their journey reveal about our modern minds?

Welcome to Forefathers Explained.

We create thought-provoking, beautifully researched deep dives into human history, evolutionary biology, anthropology, and philosophy — brought to life through minimalist black-ink animation.

Every line of ink tells a story: from the daily rhythms of prehistoric hunter-gatherers and the birth of language, to ancient philosophy, forgotten technologies, and the existential questions that have kept humanity awake for 300,000 years.
