The Forbidden Shelf

Some of the most important books ever written are not in your Bible.

Left out, buried in caves and jars, or carried for two thousand years by one church in Ethiopia while the world forgot them. The Book of Enoch. The Gospel of Judas. The writings pulled from the earth at Nag Hammadi.

The Forbidden Shelf opens one of those texts and reads it with you, from the record. You see the actual words on screen, hear how the manuscript survived, and find out where the evidence ends and the guessing begins.

I am Franklin Onikan, author and investigator. My purpose is to educate: put the truth from the primary record in front of you and leave the thinking to you.

New episodes twice a week. The shelf is open.

My books: Gods of the Clay Tablets - The Ritual Life - The Descent of the Watchers. Comment BOOK under any episode for the deepest link on that text.
