Foraging Frequencies with Nicki G

Welcome to Foraging Frequencies, a channel featuring sound healings, original music, and tips on utilizing your voice.

Hi! I’m Nicki G, MT-BC, a lifelong musician and board-certified Music Therapist. For more than a decade, I’ve worked with people through music, voice, and sound, and I’m fascinated by what happens when we learn to actually listen to the music.

Here you’ll find explorations of the human voice, nervous system, and music therapy. You’ll also find sound healing experiences, vocal meditations, and immersive music designed to give you a chance to slow down and receive.

My work is rooted in a simple idea: your voice can reveal how you relate to yourself, how you connect with others, and how freely you move through the world.

Think of this channel as a place to learn, listen, experiment, and Forage your own Frequency.

I'm glad you're here 💙 🤗
