Footwork Fitness - Shuffle Dance & Fitness

I'm here to bring you in-depth shuffle dance instruction and tutorials with a focus on the brain-body connection. Rather than just show you WHERE your feet go, I will help you learn HOW to get them to go there!
The progressions are designed to help you teach your body the moves and improve your coordination. Then you can put them to practice with drills, combos, and follow-along choreography.
