Fonda Interactive Training (F.I.T.) is a boutique fitness studio for women in Wilmington, NC led by certified personal trainer Fonda Dickens, CPT — with nearly 20 years of experience coaching women of every fitness level.

F.I.T. offers small-group strength and cardio classes in person at our Wilmington studio and live online for women anywhere. Never more than 6 women per in-person class — so every participant gets real coaching, real modifications, and a trainer who genuinely knows your name.

Whether you’re just starting out, working around an injury, returning after a long break, or ready to push harder than you thought possible — Fonda meets you exactly where you are. Every class includes modifications. No judgment. Just a small group of women showing up for themselves.
