Shuva Rahim | Steel Mace & Movement Coach

I help midlife women build real, functional strength through steel mace training and yoga-based movement — strength that translates to steadier balance, less negotiating with stairs, and confidence in your own body.

This channel is practical, not theoretical. Real workouts, real technique, real progression — built for women done with fitness designed for bodies half their age.

Subscribe for steel mace tutorials, functional movement breakdowns, and training that meets you where you're at.

About Shuva:
Certified yoga instructor and steel mace coach. She built real strength in her mid-40s and through menopause, without the intensity culture defining many fitness spaces. Her path began years earlier, teaching yoga to villagers from a book during her Peace Corps service in South America. Since then, her own training has been wide-ranging — half marathons, pickleball, and mountain hikes all feed into how she coaches. Movement that's grounded, capable, and built for whatever comes next.
