Flow with Christopher

I’m Christopher — a certified registered nurse anesthetist and lifelong student of movement.

I’ve practiced yoga for over 20 years and created this space to offer strong, soulful flows and bodyweight workouts that reconnect the mind and body — especially for those too often left out of the wellness conversation.

Of note: I’m not a certified yoga instructor. The flows here reflect what feels good to my vibration at the time.

My style, Infinity Flow, is a rhythmic, breath-led yoga practice that invites presence, power, and deep release.
My bodyweight workouts are energetic, efficient, and designed to build strength, mobility, and confidence — no equipment needed.

This space isn’t about perfection. It’s about awareness, expression, and coming home to your body.
