flownetiXs - powered by STIXITS

The flownetiXs training and movement theory makes use of the anatomical and biomechanical conditions of the human body and enables the movements that define us humans.
The flownetiXs concept is rooted in rotation and enables multidimensional training on all planes of movement, training the entire musculature along the kinetic chains.

Combining the flownetiXs movement methodology with the scientifically proven warm-up structure called R.A.M.P. and then applying it into the HYROX World, something brand new emerges. HYROX R.A.M.P. is born!

HYROX R.A.M.P. is more than a warm-up. It is THE way to continuously add rotational and anti-rotational stimuli to your training sessions, making use of the compounding effect creating a long-term athletic development tool.

With HYROX R.A.M.P. you don't just prepare for your next race - you'll be ready for every demand!
