Flow with Jo

Hi, I’m Jo 🫶🏼

This isn’t a picture-perfect yoga channel. It’s a welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are.

You won’t find impossible poses, perfect flexibility, or someone who never wobbles. What you will find is gentle, mindful movement, encouragement, and a reminder that yoga is for every body.

As a busy mama, I know how hard it can be to find even a few minutes to slow down and take a breath. That’s why my classes are designed for anyone looking to carve out a little time for themselves - whether you’re a parent, juggling a busy schedule, or simply craving a moment of calm. Each practice is a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, move with intention, and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply looking for a softer way to move, you’re so welcome here.

Come as you are. Flow with purpose. Glow from within. ✨
