Flexi-veggie Japanese cooking

Easy Japanese home cooking for people who mostly cook for themselves.
Simple, comforting meals made with ingredients you can find locally—wherever you live.

I'm Tokie, a Japanese home cook based in London.
I share authentic Japanese home-style cooking using local ingredients, with practical substitutes for Japanese foods when needed.
From rice cooker recipes and one-person meals to fermented vegetables and everyday Japanese cooking, my goal is to make Japanese home cooking easy, approachable, and enjoyable.
