Amar Haksar | The Mindset Guy

I’m Amar Haksar - The Mindset Guy.

Mindset & Mental Toughness Coach | Motivational Speaker | Founder, Fitter Mindz

I’ve completed 1,523 consecutive Olympic-distance triathlons, cycled 5,700 kilometers in 50 days across USA alone with just a tent & sleeping bag, navigated cancer, personal traumas, and entrepreneurial failures.

These experiences taught me that mental toughness isn’t about never struggling. It’s about learning to keep showing up.

Here, I share practical lessons on mindset, discipline, consistency, resilience, perseverance, and personal growth.

Whether you’re an athlete, entrepreneur, executive, parent, or simply someone striving to become better, this channel is for you.

Train your mind like you train your body.
