Fitter Mindz

Welcome to Fitter Mindz. I’m Amar Haksar.

I completed 1,523 consecutive Olympic distance triathlons.

I believe mental toughness can be trained — through small actions we repeat every day.

I share practical strategies for athletes, entrepreneurs, executives, parents and anyone who wants to build:

• Mindset
• Mental toughness
• Discipline
• Consistency
• Grit
• Resilience
• Perspective

My mantra:

START (very) small
BE (EXTREMELY) consistent
(then) do MORE

You don’t need to completely change your life tomorrow.

Start small. Do it again tomorrow. Build momentum. Build consistency. Eventually, what you repeatedly do becomes part of who you are.

That’s how you build a fitter mind.

I’m a mindset and life coach, endurance athlete, cancer survivor and founder of Fitter Mindz. Setbacks, failure, loss and rebuilding taught me that we can’t always control what happens — but we can train how we respond.

Train your mind. Build mental toughness. Play the long game.
