Fit & Flared

Hi! I'm Ashley and I'm just one of the many who call themselves a "Spoonie". I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and this is my health journey. Come along as I take the challenge to use exercise to strengthen my muscles and joints in a way that's appropriate for my condition. In the words of another RA Warrior I admire, "If you don't move, you fuse!" (-Taelor Bennet @RheumandBoard).
