Finding The Force | Psychedelics, Science & Wisdom

I’m Dr. Courtni Hale, Ph.D., founder of Finding The Force, where stress, nervous-system science, human performance, leadership, trauma, psychedelics, plant medicine and traditional knowledge meet.

I help executives, HR professionals, leaders, veterans, athletes and high performers identify the hidden patterns draining clarity, capacity, health, performance, relationships, time and money.

Here you’ll find Stress Is Expensive, the Bob series, the COMPASS Human Operating System and Diagnostic, nervous-system science, leadership and organizational research, psychedelic and plant-medicine research, and conversations with researchers, practitioners and traditional knowledge holders.

I also provide training, assessments and consulting for leaders and organizations ready to reduce hidden costs, improve human performance and create sustainable change.
