She founded Finding A Foothold LLC, offering fall-prevention consultations, caregiver coaching, and professional speaking for conferences and community events.

As Executive Director of the Finding A Foothold Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, she provides home safety evaluations, along with free and low-cost fall-prevention and caregiver workshops in underserved communities.
