Filip Talarkiewicz Business

13 years ago I quit my job as an IT support engineer and built myself a worse one – working for myself. I went back to a regular job twice: after four months, and then after a year. My business didn’t fail. The model did – everything had to go through me.

The third time, I built a marketing agency with a small team. We bring customers to other businesses, and we use data, automation and AI in our everyday work.

On this channel I talk about two things:

How to start your own business without quitting your job – using the skills you already have.
How to build a company that runs without you – delegation, processes, a team and AI.

No promises of quick money. I share what I’ve tested myself, including the mistakes that cost me years.
