FilipinoGymRat

I’m a Filipino Gym Rat that is avid about lifting/pushing heavy weight, as it is a lifetime passion and hobby. I love blending powerlifting and bodybuilding techniques, well implementing personalized periodization to constantly smash personal records on the Squat, Bench, Deadlift, and various other exercises.
