Ferry Hoes

Ferry Hoes is Co-founder of the Brand Humanizing Institute, co-founder of befair, and an international public speaker. He, as one of the very few in the world, focuses on researching the intersection of humans and technology within organizations. He co-created a better methodology that would both benefit humans as well as the company, without having technology negatively influence either. This led to the creation of the term “Brand Humanizing”. Ferry is an active member of both the Dutch AI Coalition and the European AI Alliance, government institutions working towards a framework for Human-Centered AI. Ferry is contributing within different task forces in those coalitions. In November 2020 Ferry won the Anti-Discrimination in Artificial Intelligence Hackathon.
