Fermented Food Lab

I started Fermented Food Lab to share everything I learn about fermented foods and the health benefits of eating them.  And of course to share what I invent in my kitchen, which I call, “the lab”, because I always have something unique and new fermenting on my counters. The videos I post here are to make it easier for you to get started making your own fermented foods like sauerkraut, pickles, water kefir and kombucha.
