Too often we seek validation from agencies that don’t recognize or appreciate our value.  As a woman of faith, I carry with me confidence and a belief rooted in Psalm 1: 1-3 to remind me of my purpose and my WHY! 

I’m here to share my experiences as an engineer, technical leader, workforce manager, and mentor to ensure early career STEM professionals are able to thrive, stand tall, and make a difference locally and globally.
