Federich Romby

Hi, I’m Federich! 👋

a Brussels-based international lawyer with 15+ years of experience working across Europe.

After years in demanding legal roles, I felt the need to speak honestly about what a career in international law and EU affairs really looks like — beyond titles, formalities and expectations.

On this channel, I share:
• careers in international law and the EU bubble (pros & cons), and
• lessons for better personal and professional growth.

My goal is to help aspiring international professionals navigate these career paths with more clarity and confidence — and make them more accessible to candidates from non-traditional backgrounds.

Hugs to everyone, everywhere 💙
