Fatherload Fitnes

Real-world workouts, diet, and advice from a father with a full time job, desperately fighting off the "Dad Bod".
No 2 hour gym sessions or chicken and rice only meal plans. If you want to be a body builder, go somewhere else.
If you want to figure out how to squeeze in a workout before the kids wake up, or how to manage a diet when you are the family trash disposal for half eaten meals, you're in the right place.

Every day gives you a refill of 24 hours. You can't save it for tomorrow, it's use it or lose it. So spend every second of it, every day. Family time, gym, career, leisure, whatever you need to do, just don't waste it. Spend it.

New Shorts every week, longer videos as I go.
