fasah योग

Namasté, my name is Francisca and I will introduce myself a little bit here.

I am a Dutch woman living in Portugal. My work as an experienced yoga teacher comes from a loving devotion to the yoga practice since 2004. Within these 17 years I studied with leading teachers, now being specialized in Ashtanga and Yin yoga. You can find more inspiration, events, tips and yoga poetry on my Facebook page @fasahयोग or Instagram @fasahyoga.
