Falling on Trail

I'm Autumn, sometimes a day hiker, sometimes a weekend hiker, sometimes a thru hiker, but always a dirtbag hiker at heart. I did the PCT in 2024 and earned the trailname "C.C Grace". Feel free to join me as I ungracefully walk down some trails.
