After serving 30 years of service in various national and International companies, I left the job and set up Energy training academy with the name of PRENAC a Pioneer Renewable Energy Training Academy in Pakistan. It started its journey in 2015 from Islamabad and then shifted to Lahore. Then its name was changed to Energy Training Center and many solar courses were conducted and then its name was changed to ETRC where research component was added and many trainings under ADB, GIZ, AIT Bangkok, World Bank were conducted and then now its name  is again changed to Training Center for Energy and Business (TCEB) and business component was added and got accreditation from Traccert Canada and since 2024, we have started International certifications in Solar, BESS, Energy and Business Management. TCEB is a project of Techfa Consulting owned by Engr. Faiz Bhutta. Since 2015 we have trained more than 15000 persons.
