F3Defense Freedom From Fear

F3Defense was founded by a retired law enforcement officer that saw the need for vehicle defense after hearing a story about a mother and her children that were trapped in their car by a violent mob in 2020 in Bangor, Maine. The founder, Michael Mercer brings a wealth of experience to help as many drivers as possible protect themselves and their vehicles.

Michael is a retired law enforcement officer with over 23 years on the job, a former chemical agent specialist, and a Navy Veteran. Michael was the co-creator of the chemical agent specialist program at a large, metropolitan police department. One of Michael’s systems, The Lancer360, is named after his partner who helped create the program with him. Michael is dedicated to The Wounded Blue and the Travis Mills Foundation. Michael’s focus, perseverance, and tenacity is his driving force in ensuring that all people can and should be able to live their lives with freedom from fear.
