Eyabantwana… For the Children Trust

The Eyabantwana – For The Children Trust is an independent Non Profit Organisation, established to support the work of the East London Department of Paediatric Surgery based at two Hospitals; Cecilia Makiwane and Frere Hospital.

Our center has become one of the four largest centers in Southern Africa – providing surgical care to a population of about 5 million people with Children being referred from virtually all regions of the Eastern Cape, specifically:

New Borns & Infants with complex congenital problems, Children with Cancer, Children with Burns, Children with Severe Injuries, and Older Children with Surgical Conditions.

Through regular fundraisers and sponsorships, we intend to change how restricted our capacity is to upgrade our facilities and acquire essential equipment.
