Exit Better

Exit Better is the Employee Ownership Trust team at JLA Accountants. We help owners sell their business to their employees and keep what they built: the clients, the team and the culture.

An EOT moves a controlling stake into a trust that benefits every employee. Your staff don't need to buy in, the company funds the sale, and there's no private equity or trade buyer involved.

We're accountants, not brokers. JLA has delivered 87+ EOTs, and we handle the tax, the employee briefings, the trustees and the repayments.
