Hello! My name is Mai, and I'm an active demon who needs to exercise or I start breaking things 😈

Since we're all in quarantine, I thought I'd post some fun workout videos so we can play together! No equipment needed! If you don't have a trampoline, no worries! You can do the exercises on the floor.

Don't get discouraged for not getting some of the steps/routines right away. I don't either. You should see how long it takes me to film these haha Think of these videos as games you can play again and again and master them!
