Exercise Enlightenment

Mark Lindquist had a “spiritual awakening” in 2004 and since then has been helping people find their own enlightenment. Six months after his enlightenment, Mark - while riding his bike - had an intense realization that exercise was a fantastic platform to reveal enlightenment to others. He saw that exercising in specific ways would result in a deep awakening for the person. One year after his enlightenment, he became a fitness trainer to point people to the deep truth contained in each moment, all while they were in the moment of a “push-up”. The Exercise Enlightenment process arose out of training people where he fine tuned his teaching. This channel contains videos on the “how to” of Exercising to Enlighten. Mark brings exercise tips from himself and other trainers to strengthen the body, while keeping the focus on elevating the mind into the “Zone” or enlightened consciousness.

Our purpose is to bring enlightenment down from the mountain top into the gym for Every Body.
